Residential Garage Door in Schenectady - Get Your Car Out Today

Regular testing of your automatic reversal system is the easiest way to prevent crushing accidents but many New York homeowners simply forget to do it. During our routine Garage Door visits in Schenectady we always check these vital safety features with a block of wood. We can also show you how to properly test your door balance between visits so you can avoid unnecessary emergency spring failure calls in the near future.

If your garage door in Schenectady feels incredibly heavy when you try to lift it manually your springs are likely stretched out and failing. An unbalanced door forces your electric opener to work twice as hard leading to premature motor burnout. Our Garage Door team can evaluate your door weight using professional scales and install the exact right size torsion springs saving you from buying a brand new expensive opener motor next month.

Pressing the button on your remote and watching absolutely nothing happen is a terrible way to start your morning commute. Our professional Garage Door in Schenectady knows exactly how to troubleshoot stubborn garage door openers that refuse to cooperate. We check the photo eye sensors the logic board and the internal gears to find the exact reason your motor is failing. We carry top brand replacement parts so we can fix your existing opener instead of forcing you to buy a completely new unit right away. We never leave a mess behind so you can go back to using your garage conveniently.
