Moving to or from Bloomington? Distance Moving Long and Short Ready to Help

We strongly believe in transparent pricing and honest communication with every single homeowner we serve during their highly stressful moving transitions. Before our Bloomington Distance Moving Long and Short movers start loading your boxes they will give you a clear explanation of the contract so you know exactly how the insurance and liability coverage actually works. There are absolutely no hidden stair fees or surprise heavy item charges at the end of the day if you provided an accurate inventory list upfront. You approve the final walkthrough before we lock the heavy steel doors on our truck and drive away from your old property.

We hear countless stories from Bloomington homeowners who hired cheap amateur movers on the internet who scuffed their freshly painted walls and simply walked off the job halfway through. Our local Distance Moving Long and Short respects your home which is why we always use thick floor runners and padded door jamb protectors before we carry a single item outside. We believe that doing the physical labor correctly and respectfully the very first time is the absolute foundation of any great moving and storage company.

Ignoring proper lifting techniques while trying to move heavy couches and washing machines yourself is the absolute worst way to handle your relocation and usually results in severe back injuries. Scheduling a rapid Distance Moving Long and Short deployment with our Bloomington professionals keeps a minor move from turning into a massive physical nightmare or a trip to the local hospital. During our moving visit we use specialized appliance dollies shoulder straps and heavy duty ramps to easily navigate heavy items down tricky staircases and through tight doorways. This simple professional intervention stops dangerous accidents and instantly protects the drywall and doorframes of both your old and new home.
